Introduction Every project has the ability to bring some changes in the system, management of any organisation. It is quite hard to implement any project without making any transformation either into the management or leadership. Ideally, whatever transformations required to implement any project or changes emerged after the implementation of project does not have any adverse effects on the organisation structure.
